I’m so happy with this towing company. I have never had to be towed but Jessie the operator on the line was extremely helpful in insuring that I knew what I need to do. She made sure that I let the local authority’s know that I was having it towed a kept in contact with me the whole time so that everything ran smoothly. Great costumer service !!!!!

I am so happy with the customer service!! Jessie went above and beyond!! I had no clue what to do. My truck broke down I had no phone. no Idea what I should do. (my dad normally would just tow it himself.) stuck on the side of the road on highway 20. Got home called Wenzel towing and Jessie was very helpful in all the steps I needed to take.. call East Dubuque police so they did not have it tied and then to figure out where it need to be towed to.. she was so patient... she turned a bad day into a good one with her help. And even walked e through the payment part on line that I was having a hard time with. Wish more people were more like her!
