When I came back they were very respectful, let me know about their policies, and agreed to conduct business as long as I took the reviews down. My sincerest apologies for the disrespectful reviews I posted, my statements unjustified and out of frustration. I have one review deleted, but I am still working on finding the second review so I can take it down.
